Saturday morning play time for ages 12 months to 3 years across all three play zones.

Whee Indoor Playground is open Friday–Sunday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Over 8,000 sq ft of play for kids 12 and under: a three-level play structure, wave, drop, mountain, tube and rolling slides, a ball pool, ball blaster arena, ninja course and spider tower, plus a dedicated toddler area for the littlest visitors. Admission: $19 for over 3s, $14 for 0–36 months (tax included); under 1 free with a paid sibling; parents and guardians free. Day pass includes same-day re-entry with wristband. No appointment required. Socks required in the play area; adults must accompany children.

Kid-friendly Halloween display at 26 Winnipeg Street. Open every day from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., with no jump scares during these hours. Weather permitting. Separate jump-scare hours run Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Donations support those in need.

A family pumpkin carving party at Get Messy NL, Neils Pond Plaza — they clean up the mess! Running 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, October 17.

A fall family celebration with games and sweet prizes, tractor hayrides, a cash-only canteen and free hot chocolate. Halloween costumes encouraged. $6 individual admission; $20 for a family of four; children under two free.

An after-hours guided forest hike at the MUN Botanical Garden — learn about what goes bump in the night, the history of Halloween and some local folklore. No jump scares, but the walk is dark and spooky in nature. Children under 16 must be supervised. Two tour times each evening: 6:30–7:30 p.m. or 7:45–8:45 p.m. $18/adult, $12/youth (ages 9–18).

The entire park is open to little kids (under 46″) and their parents every Sunday from 8 AM to 10 AM!

Join us for Spooky Science — a magical and science-filled day! This FREE event is recommended for children ages 5-16. Come dressed in costumes and participate in spooky presentations and hands-on activities that are great for the whole family! Please register on the organizer's form to confirm your spot.
